Littleton Hockey Association Scholarship Program

GENERAL INFORMATION

Littleton Hockey Association has a Scholarship Program to promote the benefits of playing youth hockey to families and players who need financial assistance. Full and partial scholarships are available for those that qualify based on the criteria below. Levels of assistance will vary from year to year and based on funds available through the association and outside charitable contributions. All scholarship awards will be applied as credit to the LHA account and not in cash. Awards are at the full discretion of the LHA Administrative Board and LHA Scholarship Committee. Applicants will be contacted via email by the LHA Scholarship Committee regarding the status of the scholarship request.

LHA shall provide a scholarship to all active elected Board Members for their service to the Association. The Board may also award scholarships to Board Appointed Support Staff positions as determined each season. The scholarship amount to be awarded shall not exceed the highest player registration amount at LHA (Midgets). 

All application packets need to be postmarked by July 15^th.  All scholarship applicants will be notified of committee results in August.  No money is awarded and scholarship funds are credited to players account.

All applicants MUST be in good standing with LHA, CCYHL, and CAHA.  Applicants must meet these criteria to be considered.
