     President's Day teams paying by credit card will not be charged until they have been accepted into the tournament.   The system will confirm payment, however charges won't appear until accepted.

     Teams paying by the 'Bill Me" option must mail payment immediately to:

     Teams paying by check will not be considered until payment has been received.   Check will not be negotiated until team has been accepted into the tournament.

      Teams will be considered and approved no later than 30 days prior to the start of the tournament applying for.  Teams that register will be reviewed on a weekly basis.  Once a team has been approved they will be notified by email.
